The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
In 40 m2 of space, it accommodates two people with a double bedroom.
It is located in the historic center, Oltretorrente, a very picturesque and lively area!
It is located near the University citadel, the hospital and the Ducale park.
Kennedy paid car park, 10 minutes walk away. Paid area from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 19:00.
The space is divided as follows
LIVING AREA. Kitchenette with moka, traditional oven and various kitchen utensils. Dining table, sofa and TV.
BEDROOM. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe with mirror.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Fan, split A/C, unlimited wifi, iron and clothesline.
Parma station is about 10 minutes away by taking bus no. 1 to the Strada Bixio Strada Costituente stop.
Parma Airport is about 25 minutes away by taking bus no. 6 to the Strada Bixio Strada Costituente stop.
If you arrive by car: Kennedy paid car park, 10 minutes away on foot.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
