Welcome to your holiday home "Lilleby" in Olpenitz.
Your detached, 50m² house boasts a charming location surrounded by greenery and close to the Baltic Sea. It features an open-plan living and dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Enjoy evenings in the comfortably furnished living area in front of the fireplace with a good book or watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired.
Here you can not only indulge in culinary delights, but also prepare your own drinks using the provided SodaStream. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
The windows have blackout blinds, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, and, as a special feature, an infrared sauna.
Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach. Enjoy balmy summer evenings on the furnished terrace.
A charcoal grill is available for you to host a cozy barbecue. A lockable shed is available for your bicycles, whether you bring them with you or rent them from the tour guide.
There is also a parking space for your car directly in front of the house.

Super Organisation sowohl beim Checkin, beim Checkout und vor Ort. Sehr gute Infos für den Aufenthalt und reibungsloser Ablauf. Gute Außenanlagen, die auch gepflegt werden. Abschließbare Möglichkeit um die Fahrräder unterzustellen.
Das Haus ist mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Leider gab es keinen Aschenbecher für draußen und die Außensteckdose hatte kein Strom. Da ich mit E-Bike unterwegs war, war es schade
Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus!

Das Haus samt Einrichtung ist wirklich für 2 Personen supertoll. Alle Fotos von der Inneneinrichtung entsprechen der Realität! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Alles war sehr sauber, sämtliches Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck etc hat geglänzt und sah aus wie neu. Die Fenster waren sogar geputzt, das hat ...
Wir haben nur wenige Anmerkungen:
3 Sterne gibt es nur , weil die Beschreibung der Lage irreführend ist: "...das Haus liegt im Grünen..." Es könnte der Eindruck entstehen, dass es von vielen Pflanzen/ Bäumen umgeben ist. Tatsächlich ist drumherum eine Rasenfläche und rechts vom Haus sind noch wachse...
