Carefully renovated cottage in Ystad Sandskogen – nature, close to the sea & walks! Welcome to a tastefully renovated cottage in the heart of Ystad Sandskogen, beautifully situated on a real natural plot with tall trees that create a calming atmosphere.
Just 600–700 meters away, the sea and wonderful walking trails await.
Outside the cottage there is a generous terrace with seating areas and a barbecue – perfect for long days and evenings outdoors.
Inside, the cottage is very well planned with three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, and in the hall there is plenty of storage and cleaning supplies.
The living room is large and inviting for the whole party, and the open-plan kitchen has both a dining area, a sofa group and a practical kitchen island that provides plenty of work space.
Perfect for those who want to enjoy nature, the sea and the comfort of a beautiful cottage in Sandskogen.
Note: The wood-burning stove is out of order and may not be used! The countertops in the kitchen cannot withstand high heat and it is important that they are wiped off immediately if there are stains.
Here you live close to nature but still close to everything - experience the magic of Österlen with cozy cafes, galleries, farm shops and beaches just a short drive away.
If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located.
You have incredibly beautiful beaches along Ystad, Löderups beach and Sandhammaren.
You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around.
You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended.
You are also welcome to visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik på Österlen and Glimmingehus.
A few kilometers away you have Ales stenar, Kåseberga and much more.
For the children there is much to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more.
You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm.
Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, zentrale Lage. 400 Meter zum Strand. Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand, im Waldstück, sehr angenehm und ruhig.
Empfehlungen:
Die Kirche und das Kloster in Ystad, die Steinanordnung an der Küste. Strandwanderungen, Fahradausflüge, die kleinen Hafenstädte entlang der Küste.
