We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest tram stop, “Nazareth,” is next to the accommodation. Valencia Airport is a 25-minute drive away. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. Early check-in is available subject to accommodation availability and prior confirmation.
An additional cost may apply. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside the property.
Out of respect for coexistence, behaviours that disturb public order, create noise, or affect cleanliness are prohibited.
It is also prohibited to remove any furnishings, chairs or household items from the property.

This simple yet comfortable studio features a double bed and a sofa bed, making it an ideal base for discovering Valencia.
Located on the ground floor with direct street access, it accommodates 2 guests comfortably and up to 4 using the sofa bed in the living area.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by panels, but please note it does not have a door. You’ll have everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, air conditioning and heating, hot water, and 24/7 guest assistance. There are two televisions — one in the living area and another near the bed — as well as hot/cold air conditioning units and a bathroom stocked with essential toiletries and complimentary amenities for your first days. A note about expectations: We like to be honest so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience. The apartment does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh.
As it is located at street level, some weekday noise may be heard. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, parties, loud noises, smoking, and pets are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with noise monitors and smoke detectors, and all furniture must remain inside the property. Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside. It was a very sweet deal. The place is very close to the metro system and to a few buses that take you to the city center, science city and beach. There were plenty towels for everyone, access was easy through digital means. There is a grocery store a block away that helps lowering going out to restaurants. The apartment is modern and looks fairly new.

The accommodation matched the price and description. The only problem we encountered was the lack of duvets – one duvet for four people in February is not enough. However, after communicating with the host, we received another one the next day. The accommodation was cosy, clean, well-equipped and close to public transport. Just right for two days in Valencia.

Great flats for spending a few days: The flat is brand new. It is also very clean and decorated in a very modern style. With the underground nearby, it is easy to get around. I couldn't tune in to the television channels.
