Our modern apartments, recently opened in 2025, are designed both for your trips to Logroño and to know the many tourist attractions that the city offers, and to provide accommodation when you need to attend business meetings, whatever option you choose, in ALAIA ROOMS we offer you what you are looking for. We are in the very center of the city, in its Old Town, surrounded by monuments and museums, in a magnificent natural environment next to the Ebro River and just a three minute walk from the famous Laurel Street, one of the best bar areas in Spain.
Anyway, if after an intense day you feel like having lunch or dinner at home, don't worry, the 17 apartments of ALAIA ROOMS have fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare the great meat, fish and vegetables that this land offers you. If in addition to cultural and gastronomic visits you need to spend working hours or simply access your social networks, you have free wifi connection.
Our spaces are designed to make you feel special, offering you an authentic and memorable experience.

Cumplió nuestras expectativas, todo muy nuevo, mobiliario cómodo, moderno y detalles de bienvenida como vino, caramelos, aceite de oliva y vinagre. Artículos de limpieza para la vajilla y de higiene.
Estancia perfecta, nos encantó y la zona muy céntrica.

Instalaciones impecables, muy cómodo y céntrico, es casi perfecto.
La única pega es que el check in es a partir de las 16 y solo puedes dejar el equipaje en consigna pagando 5 € por bulto.

Nos alojamos mi familia 3 días y fue perfecto. El apartamento está nuevo y nos pusieron todas las comodidades, cuna y trona incluidas. La ubicación es perfecta. No hay nada malo
